libgraphicsmagick3 software package provides format-independent image processing - C shared library, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libgraphicsmagick3
libgraphicsmagick3 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libgraphicsmagick3 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libgraphicsmagick3 *
You will get with libgraphicsmagick3 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
